The public contact address is hello@buildaplayer.games. It can be used for gameplay feedback, factual corrections, accessibility problems, privacy requests, security reports, directory verification, and legitimate rights concerns.
Do not email passwords, API keys, payment data, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. Build A Player does not need those details to investigate an ordinary game or content issue.
What to include
For a technical problem, include the page URL, game mode, device and browser, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the problem concerns a shared challenge, include the public challenge URL only if you are comfortable sharing its encoded picks and seed. A screenshot can help, but it should not contain private account or device information.
For a correction, identify the exact sentence and explain what is inaccurate. Guide content is intended to match the live game mechanics, so reproducible corrections are especially useful after a simulator or rules update.
Privacy and rights requests
Privacy questions should describe the device, page, and feature involved without adding unrelated personal data. Most game progress is stored locally and can be removed through browser site-data controls. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, shared URLs, technical logs, cookies, advertising, and visitor choices.
For a rights or attribution concern, provide the relevant URL, the material at issue, your relationship to it, and a reliable way to follow up. Build A Player is independent and uses player names and basketball history descriptively; concerns are reviewed in that context.
